Palak Kofta step by step
- Mix all ingredients of tikkis.
- Make it's tikki and heat oil fry all tikkis.
- For Gravy - Heat cooker add oil now add now add chopped onion saute it till it's colour change in brown.
- Now add all masala mix it add chopped tomato and mix it saute it.
- Add water give it 2 whistle.
- Put gravy in bowl put fried tikki in it.
