  15. You need To taste of salt.
  16. It's 1 cup of oil for frying.
  17. You need 3 tbsp of oil.
  18. It's 2 tbsp of corn flour.
  19. You need 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
  20. Prepare 1/2 tsp of vinegar.
  21. It's 1 tsp of lemon juice.

Gobhi Manchurian step by step

  1. Cut and wash big pieces of cauliflower and blanch in hot water for 5 minutes.
