  1. Prepare of Dough 發酵麵團.

  5. You need 480 grams (3 1/4 cups) of all purpose flour.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.

  8. Prepare 120 grams (3/4 cups) of all purpose flour.
  9. It's 60 grams of lard.
  10. Prepare of Filling 餡.
  11. It's 1 lb of ground pork.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce.
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
  14. It's 1 tbsp of mijiu (rice wine).
  15. You need 1 tbsp of sugar.
  16. It's 1 tbsp of salt.
  17. It's 1 tbsp of black peper.
  18. It's 150 grams of chopped green onions.
  19. It's of Garnish.
  20. Prepare of white sesame seeds.
