- Prepare ingredients. (Pripravíme si ingrediencie.).
- At first, shred the zucchini. (Na začiatok si nastrúhame cuketu.).
- In a pot, cook garlic on olive oil until golden brown. Add shreded zucchini and cook it 2 minutes while stiring. Add remaining ingredients for filling and cook it until lentils are soft with occasional stiring. (V hrnci si na olivovom oleji orestujeme cesnak dozlatista. Pridáme nastrúhanú cuketu a varíme 2 minúty za stáleho miešania. Pridáme zvyšné suroviny na plnku a varíme kým šošovica nezmäkne za občasného miešania.).
- Mix flour with cold water in a cup. In a small pot, melt the butter and add cooking cream. Add the content of cup into the pot while stiring. Add nutritional yeast and keep stiring until bechamel thicken. (Zmiešajte v hrnčeku múku so studenou vodou. V malom hrnci roztopte maslo a pridajte smotanu. Pridajte obsah hrnčeka za stáleho miešania. Pridajte lahôdkové droždie a miešajte dokým zmes nezhustne.).
- Rub oil on the smaller sheet and put lasagna slices on the whole surface. Add 2-3 scoops of filling and spread it equally. Put few fresh basil leaves on it. (Potrite menší plech olejom a poukladajte naň plátky lasagní. Pridajte 2-3 naberačky náplne a rovnomerne rozotrite. Navrch poukladajte zopár čerstvých lístkov bazalky.).
- Add 2-3 tbl spoons of bechamel and spread equally. Than add another layer of lasagna pasta, filling, basil and bechamel. Repeat until you are done with ingredients. The top layer is bechamel. Bake at 180 degrees of Celsius for 30 minutes. (Pridajte 2-3 lyžice bešamelu a rovnomerne rozotrite. Potom pridáme ďalšiu vrstvu lasagní, náplne, bazalky a bešamelu. Opakujeme dokým neminieme suroviny. Vrchná vrstva je bešamel. Pečieme na 180 stupňoch 30 minút.).
