Kofta (Bottle gourd) guidance

  1. Peel off the skin of bottle gourd. Wash it and then grate it with the help of medium size grater. Now squeeze in all excess water and keep in another bowl after doing so. Now add onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, crushed roasted cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and corom seeds. Now add gram flour. Add salt to taste.
