  1. Wash veggies, keep aside..
  2. Take 1 tbsp oil in a wok, heat it. Fry gobhi at moderate heat till light brown. Add lil salt also. Keep aside..
  3. Add rest of the oil in the same wok, heat it..
  4. Add tejpatta & zeera, let it splutter. Add green chili, stir fry it for a while..
  5. Now add aloo, stir fry it at moderate flame, add very lil salt..
  6. Now add ginger garlic, stir fry it for a while..
  7. Add onion, stir fry it for a while..
  8. Now add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, give a stir, add salt accordingly, stir it nicely..
  9. Lower the flame now v, cover it with the lid, sprinkle some water, cook it till aloo is almost..
  10. Open the lid now, stir it for a sec, add gobhi & tomato 🍅, stir it for a while..
  11. Cover it again, cook it at low flame till done. Stir intermittently..
  12. Open the lid now, add garam masala powder, give a stir..
  13. Increase the flame, add chopped dhania patta, stir fry it till dry. Cover it again..
  14. Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while..
  15. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with slitted green chili..
  16. Have it with Roti or Paratha..
