Gobi/cauliflower aloo curry step by step

- Heat a kadhai add mustard oil fry the chopped cauliflower on medium flame for 3_4 minutes..
- Take it out on a plate..
- Now take all whole spices and make a fine paste..
- Again heat the kadhai add oil, 1tsp sugar heat it..
- Add chopped onions and stir it till golden brown..
- Now add ginger garlic paste, spice mixture, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cooked it till oil separates from the masala..
- Now add chopped tomatoes and cook it for 2-3minutes on low flame,.
- Add boiled potatoes stir it and cook it for 3-3 minutes..
- Now add fried cauliflower, salt mix it well. Then add water for gravy close the lid and cook it for 7-8minutes..
- After 8minutes turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves..
