Hubby’s Chinese fried rice I am back with another post today, a simple chicken fried rice that the hubby put together a few days ago when we were eating leftovers for lunch and So here is a simple, delicious one pot meal that you can whip up this festive season when you have guests on short notice and the Chinese take away. My hubby also love that very much. This is my fried rice recipe I am loving, which I am hooked, after so many attempts. You can create Hubby’s Chinese fried rice using 11 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Hubby’s Chinese fried rice

  1. Prepare of Rice.
  2. It's of Tumeric.
  3. Prepare of Green peas.
  4. You need of Carrot.
  5. Prepare of Onions.
  6. You need cube of Maggi.
  7. It's of Powdered garlic.
  8. Prepare of Sweet corn.
  9. It's of Minced meat.
  10. You need of Butter.
  11. It's of Egg.

I prefer and recommend using olive oil, as it better for health. Fried rice needs good amount of oil to get the perfect result. Any oil would work if generously added. If you do not like olive.

Hubby’s Chinese fried rice instructions

  1. Pour some water into a clean pot,add a little Tumeric, add 3 bay leaf to the water and allow it to boil before adding rice to it..
  2. Once the rice is Parboiled, set aside the rice and put your pot on the fire before adding some butter to it..
  3. Pour your veggies into the pot, add Maggi cubes, powdered garlic and fry the veggies until well fried..
  4. Get a pan and add a little butter to it, before adding your minced meat to it.fry your minced meat until it becomes a little bit brown.
  5. Add your minced meat to the fried veggies and set aside before you put back your pot on fire and also add some butter to it break your eggs into the empty pot and make the egg in a scrambled way before pouring the fried veggies to it..
  6. 6-add your rice to the veggies and turn until all the spices and veggies are mixed well with the rice before lower your fire and allow the rice for like 3 minutes before you bring it down and serve. Note:you can serve this method of Chinese fried rice with any sauce of your choice. you can also add shrimps,prawns if you want..
