- You need 250 gm of cauliflower.
- It's 11/2 tbsp of ghee.
- You need 2 tbsp of cashewnuts.
- You need 1 tbsp of raisins.
- You need 2 tbsp of grated paneer.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of grated khoya.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cummin seeds.
- You need 1 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
- You need 1/4 tsp of tumeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of dhania jeera powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare of Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish.
Cauliflower Kurma instructions
- Chopped cauliflower into small florets. Soak in salt water for 5 minutes. Discard soaked water. Boiled cauliflower florets in fresh water for 10 minutes. Strain and keep aside..
- Grate paneer and khoya. Keep aside..
- Add heat ghee in kadhai. Add boiled cauliflower florets. Saute on medium flame till pinkish in colour. Remove in plate..
- In same kadhai add cashewnuts pieces and saute till crispy golden. Transfer in plate..
- In same kadhai add cummin seeds green chillies ginger paste, tumeric powder,red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder,mix and saute for 2 minutes..
