Ingredients of Cauliflower Kurma

  1. You need 250 gm of cauliflower.
  2. It's 11/2 tbsp of ghee.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of cashewnuts.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of raisins.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of grated paneer.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of grated khoya.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cummin seeds.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of tumeric powder.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  11. You need 1 tsp of dhania jeera powder.
  12. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  15. Prepare of Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish.

Cauliflower Kurma instructions

  1. Chopped cauliflower into small florets. Soak in salt water for 5 minutes. Discard soaked water. Boiled cauliflower florets in fresh water for 10 minutes. Strain and keep aside..
  2. Grate paneer and khoya. Keep aside..
  3. Add heat ghee in kadhai. Add boiled cauliflower florets. Saute on medium flame till pinkish in colour. Remove in plate..
  4. In same kadhai add cashewnuts pieces and saute till crispy golden. Transfer in plate..
  5. In same kadhai add cummin seeds green chillies ginger paste, tumeric powder,red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder,mix and saute for 2 minutes..
  6. Add grated paneer, khoya, fried cashewnuts pieces, raisins mix well..
  7. Add water, fried cauliflower florets, salt to taste,garam masala. Mix and cook till gravy thickens..
  8. Serve/ Relish Delicious Cauliflower Kurma garnishing with chopped fresh coriander leaves..
