Gobi65. Fried Noodles Fruit Salt Fruits Garam Masala Garlic Garlic Powder Ghee Ginger Ginger Garlic Paste gobi Gobi Gooseberries/Amla Gram flour Gram Flour/Besan Grated Coconut Green Capsicum Green. It can be had as a starter or as a side dish or as a tea time snack. I prepared this as a side dish for vegetable pulao and we loved it.

Gobi65 I added some bellpeppers, garlic in these and tossed. It's very easy recipe which is grilled/baked and consumes very less oil to make. It is quite popular dish in any Indian Restaurants. You could have Gobi65 using 20 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you achieve that.

Ingredients of Gobi65

  1. You need 250 gm of cauliflower pieces.
  2. Prepare 4 tsp of rice flour.
  3. You need 4 tsp of corn flour.
  4. You need 4 tsp of curd.
  5. You need 1 tsp of red chilli.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of lemon juice.
  7. You need 4 tsp of coriander leaves.
  8. It's 2 tsp of curry leaves.
  9. You need 4 tsp of green chilli.
  10. It's 1 tsp of turmeric.
  11. You need 1 tsp of chat masala.
  12. It's 1 tsp of ginger powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  14. It's 1 tsp of soya sauce.
  15. It's 1 tsp of tomato sauce.
  16. You need 1 tsp of green chilli sauce.
  17. You need 1 tsp of white pepper.
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  19. It's 2 of dry chilli.
  20. It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.

Both are unique and are equally good. I had one big cauliflower in my refrigirator and it was a sunday so I thought Ill make Gobe as snacks. When I made it was lots for us , then i decided to make Gobi manchurian as sidedish for night. Cauliflower pieces are marinated in a spiced batter and deep fried.

Gobi65 instructions

  1. Wash the cauliflower by hot water..
  2. Then,keep them in pot with curd,salt,all masala powder and marinate with rice and corn flour also during 30min.
  3. Add coriander leaves and green chilli.
  4. Tempt oil and fry them..
  5. Next,add curry leaves in oil with green chill and add a mixture including curd,salt sauces and masala powder..
  6. Add fried cauliflower in it and saute with the spicy mixture and ready for serve with peanut coriander chutney..
