Ingredients of Spicy Maharashtraian capsicum
- It's 250 gm of green capsicum.
- It's 50 gm of peanuts.
- Prepare 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic.
- It's 2 tsp of dry coconut powder.
- Prepare 5-6 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
- Prepare to taste of salt and red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of dry mango powder.

- Wash capsicum and make slightly middle cut on capsicum not till end only 3/4cut..
- Take coconut powder,chopped garlic,crushed peanuts,finely chopped green chili and all seasonings masala as per your taste add some dried some mango powder,it vll enhance taste.Mix well all..
- Put all above made mixture in cutt capsicum and keep in pan.
- Put pan on gas and add good amount of oil on capsicum and cook for 15 min.cover pan vth lid.Add half small cup of water so capsicum to cooked well and aroma of all masala get properly enhanced in capsicum..
- Finally put off lid of pan and saute capsicum slightly golden brown on fast gas.
- Serve hot vth bakri or chapati its healthy and good to taste..
