  1. Ingredients required-.

  5. In a bowl add all purpose flour, oil and make dough with the help of little water. Once dough is kneaded keep it aside for an hour to rest..
  6. Take a small portion of dough and roll the dough round in 4-5 inches diameter circle.(bit thick).
  7. Now place this rolled round in karanji mold and add 1 tbsp of the filling like this. Apply little water on edges of the round and Close the mold and remove the excess dough and shape it properly..
  8. Around 40 karanjis can be made by this recipe. Heat the oil for frying these karanji and fry it on medium flame until golden brown..
