Ingredients of Chicken Corn Soup
- It's 1 of & 1/2 tbs Lehsan (Garlic) chopped.
- You need 2 tbs of Cooking oil.
- It's 1 tbs of Adrak (Ginger) chopped.
- It's 1 tbs of Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Gajar (Carrots) julienne.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne.
- You need 1/2 cup of Palak (Spinach).
- It's of Water 2.5 liters or as required.
- It's 1 tbs of Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder).
- You need of Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste.
- It's 1 of & 1/2 tbs Dark soy sauce.
- You need 1-2 tbs of Sirka (Vinegar).
- You need 4 tbs of Cornflour or as required.
- You need of Water ½ Cup or as required.
Chicken Corn Soup step by step
- In a pot, add cooking oil, garlic,ginger, green chilli & mix well for 1 minute..
- Add green onion white part,mix well & sauté until translucent..
- Add carrots & capsicum, mix well & cook for 2 minutes..
- Add spinach & mix well..
- Add water,black pepper powder, salt,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low flame for 8-10 minutes.
- Add dark soy sauce,vinegar, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes..
- In cornflour, add water and mix well..
- Now add dissolve cornflour, mix well and cook until desired consistency..
- Vegetable Corn soup is ready to serve..
