Ingredients of Chinese Cabbage Wrap

  1. You need 1/2 clove of garlic.
  2. You need 1/2 kg of minced pork.
  3. You need 1/2 of chinese cabbage.
  4. It's 1 pinch of salt & pepper.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of corn flour.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of cooking oil.

Chinese Cabbage Wrap guidance

  1. Boiled a pot of hot water & cook the Chinese Cabbage for around 8 mins until soft, add a few drops of oil to prevent the vege turned yellow..
  2. Set aside the cabbage for wrapping..
  3. Mixed all other ingredients & ready to wrap with the cabbage. *can replace the cooking oil with sesame oil for heavier taste..
  4. Steam the wrap cabbages for around 12mins or until cooked..
