Now,take a kadhai and add oil in it,for seasoning,u can use black jeera,red chillies,green chillies and asafoetida(hing) and then add water in it.Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,jeera powder,coriander powder,salt and a pinch of sugar in it.After adding these,pour the fried potatoes and after 5 mins add garam masala and maggi masala-e-magic in it.You can add 2 tablespoons of milk too(optional).let it be in the stove for 5 mins and then your aloor dim is ready,it's really yummy..
