- Soak chickpeas over night or 5 to 6 hours. Then discart the water and rub baking soda over them and leave them for half an hour then wash again, put enough waterand boil the chickpeas till tender..
- Boil 2 Cup water add in chickpeas, tumeric, Red chilli flakes, Red chilli flakes,salt, mix well then add sugar, Imlli pulp, ketchup..
- Let it boil throughlay,add boiled potatoes, dissolve corn flour in quarter Cup water and mix in the chickpeas mixture and cook till it become thick..
- Keep it on slow flame for couple of minutes.add slice of onion's, fresh coriander,serve with papri....
